Terms of Service for Gosca
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by GOSCA IT Solutions (“GOSCA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our websites: www.gosca.co.za, clientzone.gosca.co.za, and events.gosca.co.za (collectively referred to as the “Platforms”).
By accessing or using our Platforms, creating an account, booking an event, submitting a repair, or purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platforms or services.

1. Who We Are
GOSCA IT Solutions is a South African company offering device repairs, sales of new and refurbished technology, IT support, business solutions, and event hosting services. Our registered address is: 72 Rose Avenue, Wilgehof, Bloemfontein, 9301, South Africa.
2. User Accounts (Client Zone)
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Services and Repairs
- All repair services are provided based on quotations. Work will only begin after you accept the quotation.
- Repair turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- We will handle your device with reasonable care, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or data loss unless caused by our negligence.
4. Events and Bookings
- Event registrations are subject to availability.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events with reasonable notice.
- Refunds for events are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.
5. Products and Sales
- All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- Ownership of goods passes to you only after full payment and delivery/collection.
6. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched or services rendered (unless credit terms are agreed).
- We use secure third-party payment processors.
7. Returns, Refunds and Warranties

8. Intellectual Property
